½ Side of Beef (Approximately 300lb hanging weight)……….4.75/lb. plus $300 processing fee

Whole Beef (Approximately 600lb hanging weight)………….4.50/lb. plus $600 processing fee

In that scenario ¼ a cow would be $750 plus $150 butcher fee

In that scenario ½ a cow would be $1,425 plus $300 butcher fee

In that scenario whole a cow would be $2,700 plus $600 butcher fee

$500 deposit required for ¼ and ½ cow purchases

$1,000 deposit required for whole cow purchases
