½ Side of Beef (Approximately 300lb hanging weight)……….5.75/lb. plus $325 processing fee
Whole Beef (Approximately 600lb hanging weight)………….5.50/lb. plus $650 processing fee
In that scenario ¼ a cow would be $900 plus $175 butcher fee
In that scenario ½ a cow would be $1,725 plus $325 butcher fee
In that scenario whole a cow would be $3,300 plus $650 butcher fee
$500 deposit required for ¼ and ½ cow purchases
$1,000 deposit required for whole cow purchases
